The usual routes are the regional self-consumption subsidy per kWp installed, the IBI and ICIO tax rebates approved by each town hall, and the income tax (IRPF) deduction for energy efficiency works. The calls change every year, so we check what is open at the exact time of your project.
We process it from start to finish. That is what sets us apart: we submit the application with our digital certificate, deal with any requests from the authorities and justify the file. All you do is sign the authorisation.
Nothing extra. The management is included in the project price and we do not charge a commission on the amount granted.
It depends on the call, but it normally takes between 6 and 18 months from submission to payment. That is why the profitability study we give you does not depend on the grant: the subsidy speeds up the payback, it does not sustain it.
In many calls the works must start after the application has been submitted, so the order matters. Before starting, we check the deadlines so you do not lose your right to the grant.
You apply to the town hall once the system is up and running, providing the installation certificate, the technical report and the self-consumption registration. We prepare the municipal file and submit it for you.
Yes, although the subsidised amount cannot be deducted twice: the deduction base is reduced by the amount of the grant received. We give you the exact breakdown for your tax return.
We review the reason and, where appropriate, file an appeal or correct the application. If it is refused because the funds have run out, we leave the file ready for the next call.
Yes. As well as grants for industrial self-consumption, they can deduct VAT, apply free depreciation to the investment and add incentives for batteries and charging points. We quantify it together with your accountant.
