A 3 to 6 kWp residential installation usually costs between €4,000 and €8,000 including VAT, depending on the roof, power and battery. With a 5–10 kWh battery the usual range rises to €9,000–€14,000. We give you the assessment with a fixed price and estimated savings before you sign anything.
With more than 2,800 hours of sunshine a year in the province, typical savings are between 50% and 70% of the electricity bill, and up to 80% when combining a battery with good consumption habits. On an average bill of €120/month, that is between €700 and €1,000 a year.
For a detached house in Alicante the usual payback is 4 to 7 years; for businesses with daytime consumption it drops to 3–5 years thanks to higher self-consumption and accelerated tax depreciation. After that, the installation produces practically free energy for another 20 years.
Yes. We offer financing from 12 to 120 months, in many cases with a monthly payment similar to or lower than the savings the installation generates, so the impact on your monthly budget is neutral from the very first bill.
As a guide, the price per installed kWp in the province of Alicante ranges between €1,100 and €1,600 for homes and between €700 and €1,100 for industrial installations, because the unit cost falls as the power increases.
In most towns in Alicante a municipal responsible declaration is enough, followed by legalisation with the Industry department and the distribution company (Iberdrola i-DE in most of the province). We handle all the permits and the self-consumption registration.
Fitting a detached house takes 1 or 2 days. From signing to switch-on usually takes 2–4 weeks, and the legalisation and surplus registration are completed in parallel over a few more weeks, while you keep producing and saving in the meantime.
Yes. We use specific tile hooks that respect the waterproofing, ballasted or flush-mounted structures on flat roofs and watertight fixings on sandwich panel roofs. We also build solar pergolas and ground-mounted structures when the roof is not suitable.
Yes, through shared self-consumption. The panels are installed on the communal roof and the production is shared between the homes and common services using agreed coefficients. Only a simple majority at the owners’ meeting is needed.
South-facing at a 30° tilt maximises annual production, but on the Alicante coast east-west roofs produce 10–15% less and often match real morning and afternoon consumption better. We simulate it with your specific roof before deciding.
In coastal areas such as Santa Pola, El Campello or Torrevieja we use structures and fixings with reinforced anti-corrosion protection. Rain washes away most of the dust; with an annual clean, the loss of performance is below 3%.
Yes, if you use electricity in the afternoon and evening, suffer power cuts or want to depend less on the grid. If most of your consumption is during the day, adding more solar power usually pays off better. We study your real consumption curve and show you, with figures, whether a battery pays for itself in your case.
It is exported to the grid and your electricity supplier credits it on the following month’s bill, usually between €0.05 and €0.12 per kWh depending on your tariff. We register you for simplified surplus compensation so you start deducting it from the first billing cycle.
Yes, although they produce less: on a cloudy day they generate between 10% and 30% of their usual output. In Alicante, December produces around half as much as July, and the system sizing already takes that monthly distribution into account.
It is technically possible with an oversized off-grid installation and a large battery capacity, but in urban areas it rarely makes financial sense. The usual and most cost-effective option is grid-connected self-consumption with backup for essential circuits.
Yes. We install chargers with dynamic solar charging, which adjust the power to the surplus available at any given moment so you charge with your own energy without pushing up the standing charge.
IBI property tax rebates (usually between 30% and 50% for several years) and ICIO rebates in many town halls in the province, an income tax (IRPF) deduction for energy efficiency improvements and regional calls when they are open. We prepare and submit the paperwork for you.
Self-consumption installations in homes are taxed at the standard rate of 21%. For businesses, VAT is deductible and the investment can benefit from accelerated depreciation, which improves the return even further.
Panels with a 25–30 year output warranty, inverters with 10–12 years (extendable), LFP lithium batteries with more than 6,000 cycles and our own installation guarantee. We also monitor production remotely to detect any deviation.
Very little: an annual check of connections and protection devices, module cleaning and checking production in the app. We offer maintenance plans with an annual visit and priority support.
