Frequently asked questions
It depends on your annual consumption in kWh and the orientation of your roof. As a guide, a home using 4,000 kWh/year usually needs between 8 and 10 panels (3.5–4.5 kWp). In the free assessment we calculate it using your real bills.
It is exported to the grid and your electricity supplier credits it on that month’s bill. We register you for surplus compensation so you start deducting it from the first billing cycle.
Yes. We use a specific structure with tile hooks that respects the waterproofing. We also work on flat roofs with ballasted mounts and on metal sheet roofs.
Between 2 and 4 weeks on average: sourcing the materials, fitting in 1 or 2 days and switch-on. Legalisation and surplus registration are processed in parallel, while you keep self-consuming in the meantime.
IBI property tax rebates (usually 30–50% for several years) and ICIO rebates in many town halls in the province, the income tax (IRPF) deduction for energy efficiency improvements and regional calls when they are open. We review your case and submit the paperwork.
Between 1,500 and 1,750 kWh a year per kWp with good orientation, one of the highest figures in Spain. With 4 kWp you generate approximately 6,000–7,000 kWh a year.
It is not compulsory, but after installation it is usually worth reviewing your power and tariff. We analyse your bill and tell you whether it makes sense to adjust the power or switch to a tariff with a better price for surplus.
It is solved with shared self-consumption: a single installation on the roof and the production shared between homes using coefficients. We manage the sharing agreement and notify the distribution company.
